10.10am: Update CEO NZDSN, Peter Reynolds will provide an update on NZDSN’s activities as well as the latest sector developments
10.30am: Update MOH, Paul Harvey, Portfolio Manager Northern Operational Performance, Manatū Hauora

10.55am: Presentation‘Getting Ready to Embrace the Flexible Support World’ Disability & Support team Manager & Ainsley Darvell, Founder & CEO Flying Kites.
11.45am: Presentation Enabling Good Lives (EGL) Toolbox, Lisa Martin, CEO Complex Care Group, will talk us through some valuable tools from the EGL Toolbox from MOH
