Accessibility: Beyond Intention Summit #2

You are invited to be part of the action on the 23rd Nov for the second part of Accessibility: Beyond Intention Summit
Together our strengths and connections create impactful actions
Our Auckland Regional Network, together with a variety of stakeholders such as disabled people/whanau, reps from Whaikaha, MSD, Waitemata DHB, Auckland Council, 2019-2022 Auckland Disability Advisory Panel, and businesses are ready for action. Our preparation Summit on the 5th Oct created a large energised, connected and hopeful team of stakeholders ready for developing and designing action for accessibility that goes beyond good intentions – into tangible, collective, and widely supported actions within, across, and beyond the disability sector.
The accessibility topic areas that have been formed are: Health and Wellbeing; Employment, Training, and Education; Information, Technology, and Supportive Equipment; Programmes and Services; and Housing. If these are areas you or your organisation are focused on, and you want to be active and part of the connection and collaboration with others, and you weren’t at the first Summit, please email one of our Core Planning Group by Fri 18th Nov to indicate you want to join that focus team, and Register early for the Summit, there are limited spaces:
