The 2022 Annual General Meeting of NZDSN (New Zealand Disability Support Network) will be held on Thursday 22 September 2021, between 10.30am and 12:30pm, via Zoom. (a zoom link will be sent out to those who have registered )
We are pleased to advise you that Paula Tesoriero, newly appointed CEO of Whaikaha - the Ministry of Disabled People, has agreed to speak to our members prior to the commencement of our Annual General Meeting this Thursday.
The start time does not change – 10.30am, but the actual AGM may not therefore commence straight away while Paula addresses our members with her ideas for the disability sector and the role of providers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from the person at the top of the Ministry and how the recent establishment of Whaikaha is likely to influence our sector moving forward. Don’t miss this opportunity.
We encourage members to participate in the Board election process and the AGM as part of ensuring that NZDSN remains relevant and accountable to its membership.
