At Bainfield Park we, believe choice should never be limited by location. Although based in Invercargill, we recognise that many disabled people rarely have the chance to experience life beyond their immediate surroundings. Our setting offers a refreshing change of scenery and a safe, structured environment where people can explore new experiences with confidence and expand their friendships/connections. As the only dedicated residential facility in the region specifically for people with disabilities, we offer genuine choice – our sole purpose is to serve disabled people and their family/friends. Our dual-licensed rooms allow people to remain in the same familiar space as their needs change, ensuring dignity, stability, and continuity of care. Meaningful respite that supports residents, restores carers, and widens horizons. We understand that many primary carers are ageing and carry the heavy responsibility of ensuring their loved one will continue to live a safe, meaningful life long after they are gone.
