Members on Levels 1 to 5 can elect to pay their membership subscriptions over time as follows. Phasing membership subscriptions is NOT available for members on Levels 6 to 10 inclusive, but you should still talk to us if you are experiencing issues.
- The annual subscription will have added to it a handling fee of 2% plus GST to offset the added administration
- Subscriptions are due from 1st July to 30th June each year and must be fully paid by that date
- Phased subscription payments are required every second month (so August, October, December, February, April and June)
- Payments are expected by the 20th of each month owing.
- Administratively, if a member seeks to use this approach the existing invoice will be cancelled and a new one issued with the phasing in place.
If a member’s phased payment is overdue, a reminder will be sent for payment within 10 working days. If it remains unpaid, the whole outstanding becomes due and the Member’s access to the website is suspended until payment is received. If payment is missed for two periods, membership ceases. But talk to us before it gets to this point.
