Momenta Charitable Trust supports people with disabilities to live lives of choice, connection and belonging. We work alongside people to identify their goals, build confidence, develop skills, access employment and education opportunities, and create meaningful connections within their communities.
Our approach is person-led and strengths-based, with a strong focus on supporting people to participate in everyday community life in ways that are meaningful to them. Services include individualised coaching, transition support for school leavers, employment and vocation support, life skills development, and community connection.
