Access Community Health/Hauora Tara-Ā-Whare

By using the power of whānau and hapori/communities, we enhance the wellbeing, choice and leadership for our people so they can achieve their goals and aspirations.

Access Community Health|Hauora Tara-Ā-Whare has been caring for our hapori/communities since 1927, in those days our “bush nurses” rode horseback to people isolated in rural communities.

Today, we reach more than 40,000 people in their own homes to provide what they need, their way.

Our experienced Kaimanaaki (Connectors) assist you and your whānau design what your services and goals look like and guide you in how your funding can work for you.
