Presbyterian Support East Coast (PSEC) is a not-for-profit social services organisation supporting people and communities across Hawke’s Bay and Tairāwhiti. Through our Enliven and Family Works services, we work alongside older people, people with disabilities, children, young people, whānau, and communities to help them thrive.
Our disability services are delivered through Enliven Disability Services, including Rowan, a purpose-built community in Hawke’s Bay that provides residential, respite, and vocational support for adults with intellectual disabilities. Rowan supports people to live meaningful lives, build independence, develop skills, and participate fully in their communities.
